Dave has almost twenty five years of experience as a CPA and corporate attorney. Dave’s practice focuses on financing and general corporate matters for small-and-medium-sized businesses. He regularly advises borrowers and lenders on a wide variety of financing transactions. He counsels clients on entity formation, corporate governance, contracts, real estate, and other general business matters. He also represents buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions.

Dave and his wife Kim live in Webster Groves with their three sons, Chase, Quinn, and Cruze, and dog, Bailey. Kim is an estate planning attorney at a large St. Louis law firm. Dave enjoys coaching his sons’ baseball and soccer teams and traveling with his family. They are about halfway to their goal of taking the kids to all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums.
