Andrew is an experienced M&A practitioner who is particularly well regarded for his ability to advise multi-jurisdictional clients on complex transactions. He also advises clients on corporate law, finance, and Cryptocurrency / Blockchain matters. He combines this transactional work with strategic advice to serve corporate clients' needs and to provide them with positive and efficient outcomes. Andrew has a long-standing reputation as a trusted strategic advisor, reflected by his broad experience across a range of industries and geographies. He is particularly valued by clients for his focus on getting the best possible results for them while staying grounded in the practicalities of business.

Prior to law school he received his B.A. from Purdue University - West Lafayette in English Literature. Andrew earned his J.D. from Indiana University - Bloomington where he spent a semester as an exchange student at the London School of Economics.

Prior to joining Stock Legal, Andrew practiced at two large law firms in Washington D.C. before returning to the Midwest to represent a large agricultural producer, a goal inspired by his family who has farmed the same Indiana ground since 1824. He shifted to work for a friend who started a logistics company, and it was his management as CTO and GC that allowed the company to have an exit in 2019 (Andrew sold his first “side hustle”, a small fintech website in 2009). Giving him an appreciation of deals from both sides of the table, he decided to leverage this experience and return to practice so that clients can have the same positive outcomes.
