As outside general counsel across a wide range of industries, John has developed a skill for guiding clients through transitional periods in their businesses. Whether a business has hit a rough patch, like owner disagreements, or needs to refactor its entire model in response to broad economic conditions, John helps clients stay focused on proactively identifying issues, and implementing strategies to address those issues before the company faces expensive litigation.

John has a special interest in start ups, turnarounds, and highly regulated industries.
