Robert Craddick

Bob Craddick is an established corporate attorney having broad experience in helping clients navigate the various challenges involved in business operations, growth and transactions.  Bob provides strategies for established and emerging businesses in the areas of organizational structure and corporate governance, private financing and growth, real estate and business transactions, and business operations.  

Bob relishes the opportunity to work with clients to meet their operational goals and growth aspirations of their business.  He loves to take on the challenges of the complex issues inherent in business operations to accomplish the goals of his clients.  Bob handles all aspects of business operations and transactions.  He uses his experience as a business attorney and trial lawyer to anticipate and prevent potential problems in business situations.

Bob received his J.D. from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis where he participated in the National Mock Trial Competition.  Just after graduating from law school, he published an article in the nationally recognized Criminal Law Bulletin examining the impact of the United States Supreme Court decision in South Dakota v. Neville on implied consent laws in DWI cases.   He began his legal career with a distinguished 20-year stint in the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s office, establishing office standards for the number of jury trials in a calendar year and high-profile homicide prosecutions.  Bob successfully prosecuted the city’s longest criminal trial and won double death penalty verdicts in a case involving the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.  He entered private practice representing clients in personal injury and medical malpractice cases.  In 2007, he transitioned to corporate civil practice as In-House Counsel for a large corporate organization with diverse holdings in the fields of healthcare, real estate, entertainment, M & A and financing.  He received his B.A. with a double major in Political Science and History from Blackburn College.  During college he travelled to the Egypt and Israel to study the effects of the peace treaty signed by Egyptian President Anwar Sadat and Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin in 1979.  

Bob and his wife Anna have four wonderful children and a precocious grandson.  They love spending family time together, travelling, and many different forms of entertainment.
