Allan Finnegan

Allan Finnegan is a growth-oriented, dedicated, and innovate corporate lawyer with progressive years of managing compliance operations, corporate law, contract administration, and negotiation in various business sectors. Allan leverages adept technical acumen in applying laws and regulations to provide robust recommendations to achieve business objectives, comply with corporate guidelines, and address clients’ needs.

Allan assists with general, corporate matters for small-to-medium sized companies in the startup and growth phases. Additionally, he has dedicated the better part of the past five years working with dentists, so he assists dentists with any legal issues they encounter including employment, associate buy-ins, practice sales/purchases, and real estate.

Allan received his J.D. from the University of Missouri, School of Law in Columbia, MO. He received his B.S. in Business Administration (Finance and Banking) from the University of Missouri and attended Christian Brothers College High School prior to that. Allan started his career as a tax associate at EY working on large mergers and acquisitions. He then took a two-year break from the law to start a gym in St. Louis. Once the gym got to the point of not needing him anymore, he got back into legal consulting working exclusively with dentists and as outside, in-house counsel for tech startups.

Allan lives with his wife, Katie, his son, Brody, and their goldendoodle, Penny. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, reading, and watching Liverpool FC. Allan recently got into the pickleball craze and has been enjoying that as well in his free time.
