Bruce is an intellectual property attorney with over 25 years of experience handling a wide variety of legal matters. Bruce has substantial experience litigating patent, trademark, and copyright infringement matters in courts across the country, as well as advising clients across a broad range of businesses and technologies on matters involving the management of their intellectual property rights and assets. His expertise in intellectual property transactions includes patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution, as well as rendering opinions with regard to trademark availability, trademark non-infringement, patentability, patent invalidity, patent non-infringement, and freedom to operate.

Prior to attending law school, Bruce worked as a chemical engineer for Shell Oil Company.
