Julie Ostrom

Julie Ostrom attended Saint Louis University School of Law and received her license to practice law in the State of Missouri in May of 2010 and the State of Illinois in May of 2013. Her main practice areas include commercial real estate transactions and general corporate work.

Julie worked as in-house counsel for a real estate development company, practicing primarily in the areas of landlord-tenant, business development, including set-up, permitting, lease negotiations, and litigation. Julie’s experience also includes deed preparation, contract negotiation, and preparation of financing/tax credit applications. Julie received her bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Communications with a focus in marketing and public relations. With her extensive experience in marketing and working with small businesses, Julie can assist clients in developing strategies for their business beyond ordinary legal representation.

Prior to joining the Stock Legal team, Julie co-founded Beck Ostrom Sweet LLC, Julie was also a founding member of Thompson & Ostrom P.C. and Gateway City Law LLC.

In her spare time, Julie enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and drawing.
