Lindsey Fafoglia

Estate Planning

Lindsey graduated with her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in May of 2022. She joined Stock Legal as a summer associate after her second year of law school and is now on the team as a full-time attorney. Her main practice areas include corporate and estate planning.

Lindsey loves meeting with clients and hearing their stories and goals. She enjoys building rapport with clients and finding unique solutions to achieve each unique goal. She assists with all portions of the estate planning process, from initial consultations to helping retitle assets after setting up a trust. She also assists with corporate transactional matters. 

While in law school Lindsey focused on transactional law through her coursework and extracurriculars. Lindsey worked in the SLU Law Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic where she assisted in forming neighborhood groups and drafting legal documents, as well as working on solutions to community development issues and property law issues. She was also an editor and staff member of the SLU Law Journal and a leader in the Women Law Students’ Association. She graduated with honors and is recipient of an excellence in real estate law award.  Outside of work, Lindsey is involved in the STL Vacancy Collaborative, a nonprofit that focuses on decreasing the impact of vacant and abandoned property on St. Louis City. Before law school, Lindsey graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Mizzou and worked as a morning news anchor at an NBC station in Northern Illinois.
