Lilly Heckman

Litigation

Lilly Heckman graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2022, where she was a Dean’s Scholar. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, with plans to waive into the Missouri Bar.

Lilli received her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018 and spent a year working for a congressional campaign before attending law school. Her primary practice areas are commercial litigation, general labor, and employment matters with a focus on professional licensing defense.

Prior to joining Stock Legal, Lilly worked as an Associate Attorney at Dolley Law (a former St. Louis boutique firm) where she represented clients before the Missouri State Board of Nursing, Board of Pharmacy, Committee for Professional Counselors, and other administrative bodies. Her work there also included contract review and negotiation, EEOC and DOL workplace investigations, employment disputes involving restrictive covenants, and wage and hour class action litigation. Lilly is uniquely experienced in representing both employees and employers in these matters, giving her a good understanding of common employment issues from both perspectives.

In her free time, Lilly enjoys walking her cocker spaniel rescue dog, cheering on the North Carolina Tar Heels, and reading mystery books.
