Todd Lubben

Litigation

Todd has over two decades of experience representing clients in various complex business and commercial litigation matters. His litigation practice includes cases ranging from breach of contract and employment disputes to class action, consumer fraud, and data breach lawsuits. Todd has represented individuals and businesses in various disputes, such as breach of fiduciary duty claims against board members and intellectual property claims. Along with commercial and business litigation, his practice has included defending many professional corporations, such as law firms, veterinarian clinics, and accounting firms, against professional malpractice claims and board complaints. He has tried cases to verdict in state and federal court while arguing in the Court of Appeals in Illinois and Missouri. 

Todd Lubben attended St. Louis University School of Law. Before joining Stock Legal, he was a partner at a St. Louis law firm with over 100 attorneys, where he routinely litigated cases for mid-size and large companies in various litigation matters.  Todd lives in Webster Groves, Missouri, and enjoys running, attending concerts, and spending time with his wife and three children.
